Scholarships are awarded annually at our State's Chapter Convention to outstanding graduating high school students who
are a son, daughter, or grandchild of an active or retired member of the Ohio Chapter of the UPMA, and will be entering their first year at a college, university, technical or vocational school,
enrolled full time, during the academic year.
Each year the scholarship committee determines the total amount of the scholarships to be awarded, reviews the
applications and selects the recipients of the scholarships. The Ohio Chapter is proud to play a part in furthering the education of these young students.
At our 2026 Chapter convention we will award two (2) $1000 scholarships. The Ohio Chapter retirees award an
additional $1000 scholarship for a total of three (3) $1000 scholarships from the Ohio Chapter membership.
