Annual State Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded annually at our State Convention to outstanding graduating high school students who are a son, daughter, or grandchild of an active or retired member of the Ohio Chapter of the UPMA, and will be entering their first year at a college, university, technical or vocational school, enrolled full time, during the 2017-2018 academic year.

Each year the scholarship committee determines the total amount of the scholarships to be awarded, review the applications and select the recipients of the scholarships. The Ohio Chapter is proud to play a part in furthering the education of these young students.

For 2018, the Ohio UPMA will be awarding two (2) $1000 scholarships. The Ohio Chapter retirees will be awarding an additional $1000 scholarship for a total of three (3) $1000 scholarships from the Ohio Chapter membership.
