If you've ever wanted to contact your congressional representative, now is the time.

Below you will find information and sample letters to contact your congressional representative.

Good evening!                                                                                                        5/07/2020

Attached you will find the three documents  that I promised I would send out to you,    The UPMACOVIDMay2020letter is the one that the government relations team and I have put together that you can cut and paste if need be.   The other two attachments are the information Mark Stephenson talked about with the Postal Preservation Caucus and the recruitment of more members especially Republicans.   All of these attached letters will also be posted on the National UPMA website tomorrow.

Following the recommendations from Brian and Joel, I would encourage you to reach out to the staff members that you saw, or that you made contact with, for the Legislative Summit and get the information to them to start with.   You can either email them the info, or call their Washington offices.    If you need help figuring out who that is you can reach out to Brian or Joel and they will help supply you with that information.

Again, thank you for your assistance in reaching out to Congress and for working with us to do everything we can to make sure the Postal Service is not left behind in the next COVID-19 bill.

Have a great remainder of your week!   As always please stay safe.

Thanks,

Daniel M. Heins
