Good morning!

Attached you will find the three proposed changes to the UPMA Bylaws that will be voted on at the chapter conventions this year. These changes will also be published on the website and will be in the next issue of the UPMA Leader. All of them have been unanimously recommended for adoption by the Articles and Bylaws Committee and the National Executive Board voted unanimously to concur with that recommendation.
