LAKE ERIE CRUISE- Saturday August 14

The Saturday night dinner cruise on the Goodtime 3, is sold out, and closed. Please pick up your wrist band for this when you register.  Resort Waterpark wrist band will be inside your registration bag; Dinner Cruise wristband will be handed to you separately.  Be sure not to get confused. Dress attire is semi casual. Slacks and Capris are fine. Please bring a sweater or jacket, as our evenings can be cool on Lake Erie. The coaches will depart Kalahari at 5:00 PM. There will be two return trips to Kalahari. One is at 9:00 PM, and the other is 11:45 PM. If you have not paid yet, or responded to Tracie Gebhart, about what time you plan to depart the Goodtime 3, please reach out to her at tgebhart@fuse.net. Kick off the 2021 UPMA National Convention with dinner and city lights on a cruise aboard the Goodtime III on Saturday evening, August 14! Enjoy dinner while cruising Cleveland Harbor, the Cuyahoga River, and Lake Erie! Listen to music on main floor from one of the area’s popular bands, while the second deck will feature a DJ spinning hits from the ‘80s and ‘90s! Bus transportation will depart the Kalahari at 5:00 p.m. The cost is $85, (must be 21 or older), and the cruise is limited to 145 tickets, first come-first serve. Email Tracie Gebhart at tgebhart@fuse.net and she will let you know if tickets are still available. See more information on the attached Cruise Brochure.

The Ohio Chapter is pleased to offer five tours on Tuesday, Aug. 17, at the 2021 National Convention. BVIP Limousine Service, www.bviplimo.com, is providing the tours. Each tour has a link to register and pay for the tour. You also may call the company at 330-331-4238; registration and payment will be made over the phone. Tours must be reserved by July 16. If there are not enough participants, a tour may be canceled.

Put-In Bay Enjoy at day at Put-In Bay, a village on South Bass Island in Lake Erie. The village has been a summer resort destination for over 100 years. Off the shores of Lake Erie, Put-In Bay boasts restaurants, bars, hotel, fishing, golf, cart rentals, caves and more. There’s also Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial, which honors those who fought in the War of 1812’s Battle of Lake Erie.
